We are looking for individuals who want to be a part of our volunteer team. You will help us run a smooth event and set the standard for how Regattas should be experienced.

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Help the referees and directors run the races. All positions will be located on the water or along the racecourse. Jobs include:

    • Start Announcer

    • Stake boat holder

    • Start/Finish line assistants

    • Launch Driver (experience required)

    • Referee (experience required)

  • Help the organizing committee and regatta directors run operations on-land. Positions will be located at the main boathouse area. Jobs include:

    • Headquarters & Communications

    • Sign-in Tent

    • Volunteer Tent

    • Awards Assistant

    • Dock Masters & Assistants

  • Help us facilitate parking and efficiently get everyone to the race. Positions will be along the road and in the lots. Jobs include:

    • Parking “load master”

    • Parking Attendant

    • Trailer & Car-Topper coordinator
